  Finally - some depth to the characters June 23, 2006 4 out of 7 found this review helpful
I was very disappointed in the last Oregon book. This was a fun read and the character development that makes a Cussler book worth reading.
  AAA+++ May 19, 2006 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This was my first Cussler novel and I'm hooked. Fast paced adventure and a great way to learn about many facets of the maritime.
  Another Great Oregon Files Book! March 31, 2006 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
You will not be disappointed as Juan Cabrillo and his crew aboard the Oregon once again take center stage in this, the 3rd book in the Oregon Files series. This series has had my attention from the beginning as the idea of an entire crew of "heroes" headed by Cabrillo is a fresh new twist on Cussler's long history of sea-going adventures starring either Dirk Pitt or Kurt Austin. This series allows the Cussler enthusiast yet another new book to look forward to on a regular basis. Long live Juan Cabrillo and the Oregon!!!
  Cussler As Usual March 17, 2006 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
Ths is another good read from Cussler. It is not classic literature but fun entertainment after a tough day at work.
  another typical Clive Cussler book March 13, 2006 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
for all of you fans and soon to be fans this is typical of all of his works brings you a little history and geology lesson while keeping you in the "on the edge of your seat" suspense. it touches on the problems that most of us do not even think about he make you think while also entertaining. hope you enjoy
